Dr. Celeste R. Cornell graduated from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry in 2001. From July 2001 to June 2002, Dr. Cornell was accepted into the postgraduate program at Wayne State Medical School/DMC at Detroit Receiving Hospital, and obtained her certificate in Dental General Practice Residency. This advanced training helped develop complex oral surgery skills. Also provided Dr. Cornell with the experience of managing medically compromised patients.
Since 2003, Dr. Cornell has been fully devoted to the development and success of Birchwood Family Dental Center. Aside from her Doctor in Dental Surgery, she has a complete understanding of dental procedures, resin and porcelain techniques that can create the most natural looking restorations for your teeth. Over the years, Dr. Cornell has provided comprehensive cosmetic and restorative dental services including full mouth reconstructions and complex implant restorations.
Dr. Cornell is compassionate in reaching out to those less accessed. She is fluent in English and Spanish and serves on various humanitarian medical brigades that travel abroad, as well as serving right here in our own community.
Dr. Cornell has two sons and spending quality family time is a priority. She enjoys hiking and living simply and intensely.
